Scrubs: Latest from Eonline...

It was like a family reunion at the Paley Center for Media last week when the cast of Scrubs met up for a farewell panel session with fans. “Look how skinny you are!” Donald Faison squealed while grabbing Zach Braff’s newly svelte midriff. “I've lost a few pounds,” Zach blushed. “I'm not afraid to admit it.”

Because of the writers' strike, Scrubs halted production last month, which means the entire cast had catching up to do. And it was the perfect climate for a tell-all with loyal viewers. “We’ll answer anything tonight,” executive producer Bill Lawrence exclaimed. “You wanna know who Zach’s dating?”

Sadly, he didn’t follow through on that particular tidbit, but we did learn quite a bit about what’s to come for our friends at Sacred Heart...Dig in for the scoop!

Carla and Turk Expecting? “Carla's definitely angling for more kids!” Judy Reyes shared excitedly. “Before [production] was cut off, she was actually scheming to that effect, in a way that Turk would respond to. I hope we get to finish that story. I can’t even imagine the lengths to which Carla will go to get pregnant again.”

J.D. Hearts Elliot Forever: “Half the audience wants them together, and half wants them apart. You can’t please everyone!” Zach insisted. But Bill Lawrence isn’t hearing any of it. He’s convinced he’s come up with the perfect way to resolve the Dorian-Reed saga before the series ends. Which way is young Braff leaning? “I'm a romantic,” he told me. “I want them to end up together. I like happy endings to love stories.”

The Jordan Show: With the writers on strike and scripted TV out of business, Bill Lawrence just may quell his boredom with a foray into reality programming. The star of his new series? Real-life wife Christa Miller, who plays Dr. Cox’s caustic spouse, Jordan: “We could do the Jordan spinoff without actually writing it. We could pretty much just film you running around at home,” he informed his better half. Her response? “Bill's new joke, when people ask if I’m anything like my character, is, ‘Christa is meaner than Jordan in real life.’ ” Oh, he kids!

Dr. Cox Will Destroy Hugh Jackman: Why is the man who played Wolverine so often the object of such venom in Perry’s weekly rants? “We just figured he would probably hate a guy that talented. He sings, he dances,” Bill Lawrence explained. “And he’s absolutely gorgeous,” added John C. McGinley. Of course, that’s not the answer Bill gave a group of Australian fans who demanded to know the reason for such bitter attacks on their beloved countryman. “I think Hugh Jackman is great,” he told them. “But John C. McGinley just hates him!”

The Todd Could Win a Grammy: “You crashed my Website,” Robert Maschio exclaimed when I saw him in the lobby. “After you wrote about "The Todd Song," so many people visited the site that it broke! They told me I exceeded the bandwidth for the day. We’re really excited about it. I had been plotting for months to do like a Beastie Boys-style rap. My brother's a musician, so he wrote the music, and I wrote the lyrics, and we’re just glad people seem to like it. Now, we’re talking about putting out a comedy-rap CD. We want to do like 10 songs.” Would they all be about the Todd’s penis? “I don't know,” he answered. “I think there are some copyright issues!”

Kelso Could Gain a Few: Is Kelso retiring? You’re damn right, Skippy! His farewell ep has already been shot and will air in January. But does he plan on staying outta sight, outta mind? “Well, you have to remember that Kelso won muffins for life!” Ken Jenkins joked about a recent storyline. “I wouldn’t bet on him going anywhere.”

The Janitor Ain't Getting Hitched: As you know, Neil Flynn has a love interest this season, and he’s thrilled: “It’s a nice gift from Bill. I think it shows that [the Janitor] is not a completely insane lunatic. They’re not going to get married or anything, but we’ll definitely see her again.” But will she spill the beans on the Janitor’s real name? “I still don’t know what it is,” Neil admitted. “I’m leaving that up to Bill. But I don’t think it’ll be anything crazy.” But it will be the end of an era. “When you know his name, you know it's over,” Mr. Lawrence shared. “That will be the end of the show.” So very SATC!

And Make No Mistake, the Show Will End: This is most definitely the last year. There will be no eleventh-hour renewal. But rest assured, the series will get its proper farewell, strike or no strike. Bill said they have not yet written the last six, but they’re already outlined, and he knows how it will all play out. “We're not going to leave a lot of loose ends undone. We're gonna wrap things up for all the fans that have stuck with us for seven years. I'm going to find a way. I imagine the [final season] DVD would actually sell a lot better if it includes a few unseen episodes. And if it doesn't make economic sense to do that, we'll shoot ‘em in my backyard and put 'em on YouTube.” Holla.

A Sacred Heart Spinoff? Reality-show jokes aside, Bill says there’s a chance: “We’ve had so much fun with these characters, and if there’s a way to keep it going, spin one of ‘em off, we’ll do it.”

Prison Break Promo Info...

Thanks to PBFans for the following...

Last night there was a new preview for Prison Break. The girl that saw it couldn't tape it but she described it pretty well:

*you see Lincoln getting in a car blindfolded
*L.J. is still bound to a chair
*Michael asking Gretchen if she killed Sara and then he says that he will come after her
*Whistler saying every man for himself once they are outside
*Bellick and T-Bag talking (but i didn't hear what they said)
*oh and Michael finally has a new shirt (black long sleeved)
*someone with a gun and then you hear gunfire ( didn't see who it was, sorry)
*there was a voice over where it said that he is fighting for his family (thats when it cuts to Lincoln and L.J.) and then the voice over says he is fighting for revenge (then cuts to Michael threatening Gretchen and a flashback of the mike and Sara kiss from season 1)
*AND no this is not in order. I am going to try tape it tonight if it comes on again, again I'm sorry it is not a very good description, i was caught off guard.

Nip/Tuck: Latest from Ausiello...

Question: Please give me a hint about who will be the major character who kicks the bucket this season on Nip/Tuck. — Monica
Ausiello: I'll do no such thing. But I will tell you that the death occurs early next year and it's an awful way to go — even by Nip/Tuck standards. BTW, good and bad news regarding how the strike's affecting McNamara/Troy. As you'll recall, 22 episodes were ordered last year, to be divided into two seasons. The good news is that all 14 eps for Season 2 were completed before the strike and will air through Feb. 19. (No new epsiodes air on Dec. 25, Jan. 1 or Jan. 8. See, I'm not the only one taking off.) The bad news is that the eight episodes for Season 6 have not been written, so they've been postponed indefinitely.

Jericho: Latest from Ausiello...

Question: I can't wait until February — I need Jericho scoop! I know Jake and Emily are supposed to be paired off in the season premiere, but is there any hope for Heather and Jake? — Jessica

Ausiello: Here's what exec producer Carol Barbee told me over the summer regarding the Heather/Jake/Emily triangle: "Heather comes back to town to find Jake and Emily together. And she gets a possible new love interest. But there's still a pull between her and Jake that ends up working into the story."

Lost: New Guest Star...

I’m in Melbourne Australia and in our State Newspaper the Herald Sun they had an interview with an Australian actor called Grant Bowler. This interviewed confirmed that he had a guest role in the Season 4 of LOST but that was all that was said. The Herald Sun is Australia’s most popular newspaper so this is very reliable but I understand if you wish to publish this in the Rumours Section of your site. It did not publish any details of the character’s name so it may not be worth mentioning at all. Being an Australian actor it may indicate a “flash back” set in Australia for any character or a “flash forward” for Claire once she gets back home?

Lost: Season 4 Press Release...

With only 48 original episodes left until the final episode airs in 2010, this season truly is the beginning of the end with the promise of rescue at hand. Jack has radioed a freighter stationed somewhere off the island. But when it's disclosed that Charlie's dying warning was that these people may not be who they say they are, the castaways are split as to what to do. Jack is convinced that the freighter people are there to rescue them, while Locke is not. A division occurs among the survivors. Who is on the freighter? What was the significance of the flash-forward showing Jack and Kate off the island at some point in the future? What will the consequences be when the characters once again encounter Michael, who seemingly escaped the island after murdering two of the survivors? These are some of the questions "Lost" will explore during the action-packed fourth season.

The band of friends, family, enemies and strangers must continue to work together against the cruel weather and harsh terrain if they want to stay alive. But as they have discovered during their 90-plus days on the island, danger and mystery loom behind every corner, and those they thought could be trusted may turn against them. Even heroes have secrets.

"Lost" stars Naveen Andrews as Sayid, Henry Ian Cusick as Desmond, Emilie de Ravin as Claire, Michael Emerson as Ben, Matthew Fox as Jack, Jorge Garcia as Hurley, Josh Holloway as Sawyer, Daniel Dae Kim as Jin, Yunjin Kim as Sun, Evangeline Lilly as Kate, Elizabeth Mitchell as Juliet, Terry O'Quinn as Locke and Harold Perrineau as Michael.

Lost: Latest from Ausiello...

Question: What do you think of Lost's new time slot?— Joel
Ausiello: I likey! I'd likey even more if I knew we were getting all 16 episodes this season. Oh, and before I forget, this is the final Ask Ausiello of 2007, so lap up every last word.

Question: Did you see the new Season 4 Lost trailer?— Nathan
Ausiello: You mean trailers. There are two of 'em floating around. There's the mucho-revealing extended trailer, which features a first look at some of this season's new faces (Ken Leung among them). And then there's a shorter theatrical trailer, which is essentially a 30-second adrenaline rush with a few mystifying images thrown in for us to stew over. And stew we have.

Question: Tell me you've got some good scoop on Lost! — Lynn
Ausiello: I've got some good scoop on Lost! One of the more hotly debated/discussed shots in the theatrical trailer also happens to be the very first thing we see in the Jan. 31 season premiere. And if you think you've got the who/what/where/when of this mystifying image figured out, think again.

Question: Scoop on Lost?— Meghan
Ausiello: Remember a few weeks back when I told you that there would be at least one death on Lost in the first eight episodes? Better make that two. At least.

Lost: Another Lost Trailer...

Lost: Latest from Kristin...

Vero in Budapest, Hungary: I'm so Lost in this long hiatus...Any news on Jack and Juliet?
Just that the two good doctors are still hanging out. In fact, remember those teams I told you about last week? Well, Juliet's on Team Jack, along with one other Lostie lady. Guesses on who she is?

Elo in St. Pierre, Réunion Island: Is a Sawyer and Kate baby on the way? Please, please tell me!
In honor of what is no doubt our first-ever question from Réunion Island—11,000 miles away, somewhere near Mauritius and Madagascar in the Indian Ocean!—I can tell you that I used to think it was pretty unlikely, but based on what I now know about season four it's seeming somewhat more probable. That's honestly just a guess/hunch, but I'd put some money (at least a nickel) on it. Anyone care to counter-wager? Propose a baby name?

Heroes: Milo Ventimiglia Interview...

Thanks to Spoilertv for the following...

ANDELMAN: We have to talk about “Heroes,” of course, don’t we? We can’t take live calls today, so I did the next best thing, and I solicited questions from friends of mine and fans of yours.

VENTIMIGLIA: Alright.

ANDELMAN: So these are coming from a few places here. Let’s start with this question from DigDog: “Did the writers’ strike hobble the show by forcing producers to end any of the story lines prematurely?”

VENTIMIGLIA: I don’t think it hobbled us so much as it cut us short. The writers’ strike was one of those unfortunate things that stops production. Beyond the strike, you can’t write anything new. You can only produce what’s been written. We basically ran out of material. I think the producers, it was their intent to give some kind of a wrap-up to what became a very short season just so that people weren’t left with too many questions. In my opinion, it was a good thing to do to, hopefully, tie up a couple loose ends, and we leave people wanting a little bit more.

ANDELMAN: This second season got hit by some criticism early on that it was taking too long to get to the meat. And then it seemed like those last couple weeks, the critics and the fans may have come around a little bit.

VENTIMIGLIA: Yeah, they did. We had some problems early on, still working out problems toward the end, but I know the show started to get back to that same feeling, that same sentiment that we all worked very hard for. But it’s one of those things. You just gotta understand that a season is long. You’re making usually 24 episodes, so I think when there’s a little bit of a delay, there’s not that instant, rewarding scene or moment or episode, and people get impatient. So it’s finding that balance between giving and getting.

ANDELMAN/Mr. MEDIA: It must be hard for both the writers and the actors to be on a show where the expectations are so high. You almost reach a point where, no matter what you do, you’re going to let people down. Is that the case?

MILO VENTIMIGLIA: Yeah. You’re damned if you do, you’re damned if you don’t. You just gotta know that, ultimately, the work that you’re doing, the work that you’re putting in, it’s your best efforts, and it’s everybody’s best effort. That being said, though, all those best efforts have to come together in sync. Otherwise, the show doesn’t have a heart.

ANDELMAN: Before the writers’ strike set in, how much did you know of plot lines for your character going in? And how much do you think that may change going forward with the delay in getting back into production?

VENTIMIGLIA: I knew quite a bit. I knew where we were headed, but I also had the luxury of not really having to follow too closely because Peter had amnesia. I went in for a meeting with Tim Kring before we started filming, and he said, “Peter can’t remember anything.” I said, “Okay, great. Let me know as I need to know stuff.” I just kind of waited around. Usually, you’re pretty eager to know where you’re headed. I had no idea where Peter was going to go, and it didn’t really matter at that point. Where we’re going to be going after, again, that’s all up in the air. I think the production team was taking into consideration the criticism we got and hopefully, wanting to get back on track to the same feel we had the first season. So I think things are going to switch up a little bit.

ANDELMAN: Is there any question whether you’ll stay with the show? Eric, who wrote in, said that he had heard rumors that you didn’t necessarily want to continue.

VENTIMIGLIA: Who said that?

ANDELMAN: Eric. He’s one of the people who sent in some questions for you.

VENTIMIGLIA: Really? I’m a real guy, and I also have a contract that I hope to honor. So I’ll be on the show, I think, as long as they would have me and as long as I’m obligated to it and put my best work forward, and I’ll leave everything else up to time. I’ve got other ambitions, but when it comes to the show, and when we’re in production, that’s what I’m doing.

ANDELMAN: Dr. Blogstein, who has a show on BlogTalkRadio, wanted to know this: “Are there considerations in taking a few episodes this coming season or next to go deeper into the back story and focus on your character’s parents as well as George Takei’s character and some of the older heroes?”

VENTIMIGLIA: I think that was our intent -- to understand a little bit more. That’s always been the question. People want to know how did these abilities come about? The way the shows been going -- the storyline -- it seems that there was a greater mystery as to why these people, how these people have these abilities. Again, that’s a lot up to the writers about what they’re looking to explore. And, of course, the actors, we can give our two cents in what we’d like to see, what we’d like to get into, but it’s ultimately up to the writers.

ANDELMAN: Oh. Okay. Sharon’s question is, “If you’re not dating Hayden Panettiere, who are you dating?”

VENTIMIGLIA: It’s one of those funny questions that…

ANDELMAN: I’m glad I didn’t ask.

VENTIMIGLIA: I think when you’re young and in this industry, and you work as much as I do, you try to spend time with people that want to spend time with you. That’s about all you can do.

ANDELMAN: Alright. Last question: Mimi asks, “What powers would you want in real life?”

VENTIMIGLIA: I think in a world where there are people with abilities, I’d take my character’s. He’s a sponge. He can soak up anything. But if I just had any ability, I’d want to be able to teleport. I could go have coffee in Paris if I wanted to and lunch in Italy, then be right back at home in the flash of an eye.

Heroes: Volume 3 Update...

Thanks to Spoilertv for the following...

So before I start with the information about Volume 3, we got a confirmation today that one of the 3 (yes 3)...alternate endings had Nathan dying via the virus. This was rumored as the possible Vol. 2 finale, but was changed at the last moment. However, we were unable to get a confirmation about the other two endings because they still might be used somehow.

Now for Volume 3. I have some interesting news....which could be considered great, but not so great because it all depends on the strike...!?

So a very good source for Heroes just confirmed to me that almost 5 episodes of Heroes Vol. 3 have been filmed and that about 8 episodes were written. This is very interesting news because I have not heard them talk about this any where and I am kind of curious why they would not want to air what they might have.

Well apparently it is all up to NBC who is waiting to see what happens with the strike.

Our source also confirmed that the volume that was called Exodus might actually occur after all and they called it Volume 2.5. For those of you that have no idea what Exodus is, well apparently Volume 3 was initially called Exodus, but was scrapped when the ratings were being hurt and then the writer's strike occurred.

Plus, there seems to be that there is still a possibility that Origins could happen!! The highly anticipated spin-off was indefinitely canceled after the strike began, but there is a back door chance that Origins will still happen.

So depending on how soon this strike can get cleared up there might be an opportunity for us to get some new episodes....!!

Now like I said this is great info, but unless we get some sort of news from the strike I do NOT see NBC airing any episodes unless it seems like there is a natural cliffhanger with the current lot of available scripts and episodes.

So I wish I hand someting more, but for now this is all we have.

Desperate Housewives: Latest from TVguide...

January 6 — that's when it will be confirmed who died in the tornado that struck Desperate Housewives' Wisteria Lane in the Dec. 2 episode. It also could be the last original episode fans see this season if the WGA strike isn't resolved soon. Luckily, it's a good one. "It's even better than the last," says a source. "It's super-gripping, it addresses so many storylines and it answers so many questions that viewers have been asking all season."

So, to be blunt, who's toast? Viewers will learn (spoiler alert) that Gaby's husband, Victor, was indeed killed by the tornado (or, more specifically, a picket through the chest). Also done-for is Sylvia, the patient who was stalking Nathan Fillion's doc. The fate of Carlos, who was left for dead on the floor of his house will be confirmed, and Housewives fans will also discover who survived the collapse of Mrs. McCluskey's home, in which Tom and Ida were taking cover. That's right — another tornado-related death could be revealed in the new episode. — Teena Hammond Gomez

One Tree Hill: 5.12 Spoilers...

“Hundred”

Tentative Air Date: March 18, 2008

General Spoilers

Lee/Sophia filmed a scene at COB. I don’t know which date, but I am fairly sure it was for 5.12

Final episode to be filmed for 2007.

Carrie kidnaps Jamie from Lucas and Lindsey’s wedding, but a seemingly reformed Dan saves him. However, when Dan is later found with Jamie, the episode ends on a cliffhanger with everyone assuming that he was the kidnapper.

Lindsey leaves Lucas at the altar.

For the LL wedding, Hilarie is wearing a very pretty black strapless knee length dress, and her hair is down. Sophia is wearing a similar style of dress, except it’s dark blue. Michaela wrapped filming yesterday (December 14th). She’s gone for good.

The extra days were long and somewhat exciting. We started off by filming Haley walking down the isle as the maid of honor, next was Jamie as the ring bearer, Lily as the flower girl and finally Lindsey walked down the isle to “Here Comes the Bride”. We did various takes and angles of these people continuously making their way down the isle. Next we filmed the scene where Lindsey runs out of the church, and she does in fact run, and Haley runs out after her. Lucas stands there a little dumbfounded and looks quite hurt in his facial reaction. We also filmed the scene wear Peyton gets up and tells him she loves him and gives him the whole speech, the extra’s were asked to act surprised and then normal again when the camera pans back to Lucas b/c it is in fact a dream sequence.

We also filmed a scene where Peyton has a “dream” or it is considered a dream sequence. The extras were asked to stand right outside of the door to throw birdseed up in the air. I thought it would be Lucas and Lindsey of coarse but it happened to be Lucas and Peyton and Haley and Brooke both are there as Peyton’s bridesmaids in matching teal dresses. Peyton kisses Brooke on the cheek and her and Lucas ride away together. Hilarie also filmed a short scene where she just sat in her car outside of the church “thinking” this could be when this dream comes to light.

Okay…Nathan and Haley are on very shaky ground at this point. I was under the impression that they aren’t even living together at this point and time. They were very distant at the wedding.

Torrey’s (Carrie’s) hair is now black, Jackson had his blond up until Friday. Haley is wearing a black dress with some lace, she looks very beautiful. Peyton is in a strapless grey dress with black beads on it and Brooke is in a knee length purple strapless dress, all of the girls looked gorgeous! Nathan is in a black suit with a black bow tie and Lucas is in a black suit with a white satan tie. Lindsey was wearing a big wedding dress with a long train and I thought it looked awful. No matter who wore it the dress itself was just unflattering.

Side Summaries

Scene 24- Nathan promises Haley that he’s going to love her forever, and they kiss as we hear a string quartet begin to play in the church.

Scene 25- Inside the church. Lindsey appears behind Jamie and Lily, the ring bearer and flower girl, as the wedding march begins.

Scene 26- On the balcony, the organist sees the back of a woman watching the wedding taking place below. Mentioning that she may like to find a seat with everyone else, the woman responds that she’s fine where she is. She then informs the organist that “my son’s the ring bearer.” Turning around, she is revealed to be Carrie, Jamie’s former nanny, and she is wearing an “eerie grin” as we reach the end of Act 1.

Scene 27- Inside the church. Lucas and Lindsey’s wedding. The kids (Jamie/Lily) are leading Lindsey down the aisle as Nanny Carrie watches from above. As Lily passes Peyton, she tosses petals into the air prompting a flashback to 4.09 from Peyton.

Scene 28- 4.09 Flashback, “It’s You, Peyton”.

Scene 29- Peyton rises to her feet as Lindsey joins Lucas at the altar. The minister speaks and we zoom in on Peyton and Brooke, standing behind Karen, Lily, and Andy. Skills is behind Peyton and tells her “he’s got her”, reaching down for one of his beers. Brooke walks up to the front to begin her reading, as she does this Nathan steals a glance at Haley. As Brooke reads, we flashback to Clothes Over Bro’s.

Scene 30- Brooke tells Lucas she came home to get pregnant with his child. Lucas is freaked out, asking if she’s really thought about this.

Scene 31- The minister asks Lucas to say his vows and Peyton stands up objecting as Skills grins at her actions. She tells Lucas she’s sorry and he can’t do this because she loves him and because he fixed her car. She says that day changed everything because he changed her heart along with her car. She goes on to say two years ago he proposed to her and she was scared so she said someday. She tells him that someday is now and she loves him and pleads for him not to leave her again. But when it cuts back to Lucas, we see Peyton imagined it all and Lucas says “I do”.

Scene 32- Lucas slips a ring on Lindsey’s finger as Jaime whispers to Skills he has to go to the bathroom. Skills doesn’t want him to go alone, but Jamie pleads saying Lily will make fun of him and that he knows where it is. Skills agrees making him promise to come right back.

Scene 33- In the foyer, Jamie runs into Carrie, shocked to see her. He hugs her and she lies to him saying his mom and dad said she could be with him again, then urges him to go with her. He protests, but she tells him she loves him and asks if he trusts her. He takes her hand.

Scene 34- Lindsey eyes her wedding band and whispers “It’s a comet.” Everyone is confused. Lucas asks what’s wrong and Lindsey says it was a comet the boy saw. She goes to recite a passage from his book about a boy who saw a comet and felt his life finally had meaning and that he waited his entire life for it to return. Lindsey then asks when the first day he ever talked Peyton was. Lucas eyes Peyton and all eyes follow his lead putting Peyton in the spotlight. Lucas says that her car broke down and we enter a flashback.

Scene 35- The start of the flashback from when Lucas first spoke to Peyton on that country road with her broken down car. “That’s me inside your head”.

Scene 42- Brooke is explaining to Peyton she’s spent the last 4 years working long hours and she needs something to fill a void that success hasn’t. She wants a family. Peyton asks if she wants to marry Lucas. Brooke says no and that she wants Peyton to marry Lucas and that she just wants to a mom like her mother never was and Lucas to be the father. Peyton tries to absorb this and Brooke says it’s ok, that Lucas looked freaked out too. Brooke hugs Peyton again and Mouth and Millicent approach looking for Jamie.

Scene 43- Outside the church. Nathan comes up to Haley, Skills, Karen and Andy. Haley starts to panic and tells Nathan they can’t find Jamie and that Dan was there earlier. Haley says she told Dan not to come into the church and her words become frantic. Nathan rushes out into the street to stop a police car. Nathan tells them his son is missing. The cops don’t believe him at first and wonder if he’s had a few drinks at the reception. Nathan goes off, not believing the cop is asking him that when his son is missing. He tells them his name and that his father is Dan Scott, a murderer. Haley and the rest reach Nathan. The policeman asks for a description. Haley notes Nathan’s strength and springs into action. She tells the cop her son is 4 and a half years old, was wearing a black tuxedo, has blue eyes and sandy blonde hair.

Scene 44- Carrie in a motel bathroom washing the dye out of Jamie’s hair. She tells him this will be so fun, he’ll have black hair just like her. Jamie thinks his mama will be mad. Carrie smiles and pushes his head back under the faucet, quietly, to herself, telling him that she’s going to be his mama now. Her grin turns a bit warped and that’s the end of Act 4.

The 4400: Cancelled...

Thanks to Spoilertv for the following...

To all the wonderful fans of The 4400

It's with great sadness that I pass along to you the information I've just received -- The 4400 has been cancelled. We've had a great time bringing you this story and submersing you in the lives of all these incredible characters. Thank you especially to the folks on the board here whose tireless devotion to the show is nothing short of remarkable. Shout out to Bubba, by the way! I love your posts, man.

I just spoke to Joel and we had a great talk about what we all accomplished and how much we'll miss our family that is our crew and our cast... and our fans. But at least we got to go out with a bang! I had an awesome time directing the last episode. I think I got to make almost every single cast member cry (on camera). How much fun was that?!

So let me raise my metaphorical glass to you all and thank you for being so loyal and so dedicated. I wish we could go on forever, but the party has come to an end. Be well and on behalf of all of us at The 4400 -- thank you, it's been a pleasure.

One Tree Hill: Latest from Ausiello...

Question: As a late birthday gift, could you give me anything on One Tree Hill? — April B.
Ausiello: Casting scoop! Newcomer Michaela McManus has been added to the cast for a multi-episode arc. She'll be playing a "tough but kind" New York editor assigned to work on Lucas' novel.

Question: Can you let us know if the Brooke/Lucas/Peyton triangle is completely done in the new season of One Tree Hill? He proposes to Peyton in a flashback during the premiere, correct? — Kristin
Ausiello: I don't know about the proposal per se, but a ring is seen in the first hour of the two-hour premiere. I would say that the triangle is never going to be completely done, but with Lucas' new love in the picture, it's more like a square.

Moonlight: Latest from Ausiello...

Question: What's the scoop on Moonlight? Is CBS going to renew it or what? — MLA
Ausiello: There's still nothing official, but all signs point to an imminent full-season order — or what qualifies as a full season these days. According to my spies inside CBS, the higher-ups at the Eye — entertainment president Nina Tassler in particular — believe the show has tremendous growth potential and that they have a genuine star in leading man Alex O'Loughlin. (Hmmm, ya think?) It also helps that the show is relatively cheap to produce and it's been consistently beating Women's Murder Club in young demos.

Question: I'm dying to know some scoop about Moonlight! — Jennifer
Ausiello: Well, I'm dying to give it to ya, babe! David Blue — aka Marc's uber-adorable BF on Ugly Betty — has snagged a two-episode arc as a vampire computer hacker/wizard who Mick uses when investigating cases. He first shows up in January and you'll never guess what his name is. C'mon, have a guess. Hint: It's a moniker near and dear to Veronica Mars fans, not to mention Moonlight costar Jason Dohring. [Crickets] Wow, you guys suck at this. It's Logan, for chrissakes.

Friday Night Lights: Latest from Ausiello...

Question: It better not be Carlotta who is pregnant on Friday Night Lights, 'cause that would be way too similar to a certain storyline on Everwood! — Isabelle
Ausiello: It's not Carlotta.

"Roman Holiday" Sneak Peek...

The Wire: Latest from Kristin...

Andrea in Seattle: Season four of The Wire was mind-blowingly good. Any scoop on what season five has in store?
Wasn't it incredible? Well, the final season premieres Jan. 6 (and HBO On Demand will have it Dec. 31!) and will focus on the media's role in the workings of Baltimore, as well as following the continued struggles between the cops, the crooks, the government and the schools. More specifically, new mayor Carcetti faces some difficulties living up to his campaign promises, cold-blooded drug kingpin Marlo is looking to make some major changes in the area drug trade and Dominic West's Detective McNulty is back in plainclothes and stirring things up in his own inimitable (read: pissing everyone off) way. (West also directs an ep this season.) If you aren't watching The Wire, please do or my editor Erik will cry—it's all he ever talks about anymore.

Brothers & Sisters: Latest from Kristin...

Ruddy in Ipswich, Massachusetts: I cannot stand Lena on Brothers & Sisters. Tell me she's leaving the show?
I hear she is. But before she does, her dating status with Justin will be revealed at a family dinner. You can probably guess how well that goes over!

Stargate Atlantis: Latest from Kristin...

David in San Francisco: You never talk about it, but any chance you're holding out on any Stargate: Atlantis scoop?
Uh...gonna hafta throw this one to Jen's little brother, Mark, who never misses an ep and has already seen the next two. He tells you fellow fans, "Col. Carter is great as the new leader of Atlantis. She chews out a ship captain for talking down to one of her crew. She does a great job of playing on the strong yet still feminine. I think she is better in the role than Weir. But the former leader of Atlantis, Weir, now looks like she is in control of a faction of the replicators even though the Atlantis team believes they have destroyed all replicators." So, that's bad...right?

Medium: Latest from Kristin...

Mena in Los Angeles: I'm super excited that Medium is returning in just a few weeks. It's actually the only show my mom watches on TV. What can you tell us about the new season? Is it true that Anjelica Huston will have a recurring role?
I've seen the first two eps, and they're great. Anjelica works for AmeriTips, a company crime victims can hire to supplement the official police investigation. Anjelica's character, Cynthia, reaches out to Allison—now totally out at the DA's office after last season's scandal—after Al calls in a tip about a missing child. Their initial sit-down, however, does not go well. Unfortunately, with Scanlon avoiding her calls, Devalos out of town and the new DA totally unsympathetic, Cynthia is pretty much Allison's only remaining resource.

Christina in Queens, New York: I love Lee and Allison on Medium. Any news about them?
They're pretty estranged as the season begins, but those two are never apart for long...That said, Allison and Joe seem happier than ever, and Lee's still with the blonde from the mayor's office, so I expect that pairing will be strictly subtext for a long time to come...

One Tree Hill: Latest from Kristin...

Sloane in Scarsdale, New York: Can you give us the scoop on One Tree Hill?
Kate Voegele, who's a hot young musician in real life, plays someone who gets signed to Peyton's record label after another musician, played by K-Fed (oh yeah), is bumped from said label. Apparently, he comes to her show and heckles her to the effect of, "Get off the stage, ho!" (Good. Times.) Also in the new season (which, remember, takes place four years in the future) I'm hearing Brooke is doing very well, but it will be a while before we see her with a boyfriend.

Pushing Daisies: Latest from Kristin...

Francine in Washington, D.C.: Wow! That last episode of Pushing Daisies was fantastic! Swoosie Kurtz is Chuck's mother? Really?
Yes, really. And as I teased in the last Vine show, we're also going to find out that Chuck's father is still in the picture. Can you hear Ned and Chuck's hearts mending? Yeah, those two are so not done. I'm also told this knowledge of Chuck's mama will put Olive in a verrry interesting predicament, as she has to decide whether or not to tell her. Really fantastic stuff coming up after the strike. (End it now, please?)

Doctor Who: Voyage of the Damned Trailers...

Thanks to Spoilertv for the following...

Doctor Who: Catherine Tate Confirms Exit...

Doctor Who star Catherine Tate has confirmed she will leave the show at the end of the next season - and believes David Tennant might be joining her soon after.

BBC News reports that Tate, who will be reprising her role as companion Donna Noble in the fourth season, told Jonathan Ross on his Radio 2 show that she will not be staying on. She also suggested: "I think it's maybe David's last series."

However, Tate said that Tennant will "possibly" play The Doctor in the three specials commissioned for 2009 by the BBC. The lack of no new season that year is believed to have been caused by Tennant's theatrical commitments next year, which will greatly hinder his availability for filming.

The future of Doctor Who is assured until 2010, following a BBC announcement in September that the time-travelling drama will return for a full fifth season.

Supernatural: More From Eric Kripe...

Eric Kripe reveals: There's a fun [post-strike episode] where we bring back the Hellhounds, the bumbling ghost hunters back from Season 1. The whole show is an episode of their reality show. So we're shooting an entire show on hand-held video Blair Witch-style. Like when X-Files did their episode of Cops. It's our loving tribute to Ghosthunters on Sci Fi.

Supernatural: 3.13 Spoilers...

"Mystery Spot"...

Eric Kripe reveals: We also have a great Groundhog day episode coming up. Sam basically wakes up every day and it's the same day and Dean dies at the end of every single day. It's actually quite funny. Dean dies maybe 10 different ways on camera, and off camera, maybe he dies 200 different ways. Sam doesn't go through just three or four Tuesdays, he goes through something like 150 Tuesdays.

Supernatural: 3.10 Spoilers...

"Dream a Little Dream of Me"...

Eric Kripe reveals: We actually spend a little more time with how Dean himself feels about going to Hell because right now he's accepting that he's going to Hell and he's unwilling to do anything to stop it. That changes 180 percent in Episode 10. Something big happens to him that makes him realize he desperately wants to live and he desperately doesn't want to go to Hell. [...] Bella makes an appearance in a dream episode, where Sam and Dean take this medicine man drug where they go dream walking, which is going into other peoples' dreams. So we spend the majority inside Bobby's dreams, inside Dean's dreams.

Smallville: 7.15 Spoilers...

"Veritas"...

Roles currently being cast for "Veritas" include Robert Queen, Young Jason Teague, Young Oliver Queen, and Young Patricia Swann. Yes, it is a flashback, and the villain from Smallville's past that might be back is Genevieve Teague (Jane Syemour). She's is the casting sides at the very least. The scene in question is a flashback to when Lionel, Swann, the Queens, and the Teagues were all working together in the late 1980s. Lois and Jimmy work together on a story. In addition to Brainiac, another villain from Smallville's past might be back in this one. Chloe and Lionel have a confrontation about his true motivations.

Smallville: 7.14 Spoilers...

"Traveler"...

"Traveler" is about Patricia Swann, daughter of Dr. Swann and a childhood friend of Lex's. Swann and Lionel were part of a group who were waiting for the arrival of an extra-terrestrial "traveler". Patricia wants to stay in touch with Clark because she believes he can do good for the world. Another character currently being cast is "Pierce," who fears aliens, and kidnaps Clark and keeps him in a specially built prison. Chloe and Lana work together to rescue Clark.

Smallville: 7.13 Spoilers...

"Hero"...

Finally, IGN.com has confirmed who the "hero" will be - Pete Ross, returning to Smallville for the first time since Season 3's "Forsaken." Pete won't really like the changes that have gone on since he left town. He's surprised to learn that Chloe, Lana, and Lionel all know Clark's secret - and he's especially surprised to find Lionel Luthor hanging out at the Kents' home. Much like a Season 1 "freak of the week" story, Pete obtains temporary "Elastic Lad"-like stretching powers thanks to something involving meteor rocks. He's using these powers when he saves the lives of Kara and Jimmy. Lex uses Pete's past feelings for Chloe to his advantage. Pete may have some unresolved bad feelings about keeping Clark's secret and the direction it has taken in his life. Part of this episode takes place at a concert. A "muscle-clad henchman," a "roadie," and a "drummer" are currently being cast.

Supernatural: Creator Hints at what to come in Season 3...

One of the most exciting holiday themed episodes airing this year is tonight's Supernatural, where Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) have to battle an evil version of Santa Claus. In a recent interview with TV Guide, creator Eric Kripke revealed that "we wanted to be the first, and I'd imagine only, Christmas special complete with impalements, cannibalism and torture scenes." Kripke also dropped hints about some revelations that will be seen in tonight's show, as well as what fans can expect in new episodes once the writers' strike wraps up.

"What I really rub my hands together in glee about is that we are far and away the most violent Christmas special in the history of television," Kripke stated. "One of the things I'm really proud of in this episode is that the legend is one of our most accurate, not just in discussion of the anti-Claus, but also when you research Christmas you discover that the vast majority of Christmas traditions are actually pagan. So is Easter."

However, not everything in the episode is gory and meant to scar little children. There are also flashbacks to the young Winchesters, which should enlighten fans who have been craving a bit more backstory.

"To be able to tell the story of the day that Sam lost his innocence, not just that there was no such thing as Santa Claus, but that there was such a thing as everything else, was too good an opportunity to pass up," Kripke continued. "[The flashback] explains where Dean got his necklace that he wears in every single episode. It explains the beginning of Sam's estrangement from his father and his indoctrination into the supernatural world. It's quite a big moment."

After tonight's Christmas special, Supernatural only has four completed episodes remaining before it will be effected by the writers' strike. Kripke teases that in the final four, "We actually spend a little more time with how Dean himself feels about going to Hell, because right now he's accepting that he's going to Hell and he's unwilling to do anything to stop it. That changes 180 percent in Episode 10. Something big happens to him that makes him realize he desperately wants to live and he desperately doesn't want to go to Hell."

Kripke admits that if the strike isn't resolved by 2008, he'll have to figure out a way to scale back the season. However, he already has big plans for post-strike episodes. "There's a fun one where we bring back the Hellhounds, the bumbling ghost hunters back from Season 1. The whole show is an episode of their reality show. So we're shooting an entire show on hand-held video Blair Witch-style. Like when X-Files did their episode of Cops. It's our loving tribute to Ghosthunters on Sci Fi."

- By now you've seen the conclusion of "Gemini," and it appears that Bizarro has taken Clark's place! How and why? We're going to have to wait a few months to see!
- That "so happy I could fly" line? Bizarro. (Sorry!)
- Bizarro will want Brainiac's help to be able to remain "Clark" forever.
- Expect some father/"son" interaction between Lionel and "Julian."
- Clark is not going to be happy when he finds out how smoothly things have been going between Bizarro and Lana.

- Lex's new business venture, as revealed in "Gemini," is as the new owner of the Daily Planet.

I guess I'll start off by going back a few years. Can you just tell us how you ended up in the role of Lois Lane on Smallville?

It was basically a little bit of a lottery, as everything is in this business, but I had been up here working in Vancouver for a long time -- this is where I live -- doing guest star roles, and just trying to make my way into the business. There was a rumor that this character was going to be coming on to Smallville, so my manager was telling me you need to get ready, we're gonna suss it out and we're going to find an audition. My husband is also my acting coach, so we got all trained up for it. I really didn't think much about it, because at this point I was not very enamored with the industry and the way things went, and I said okay, well I'll go in. I was a little bit begrudging about it because by that time I was ready for a break. True to form, that ended up being the one that I got. It just has been a real whirlwind since then. It started out as a four episode arc, and then they're like there's going to be a couple more, and a couple more, and so far it's been 13 every season, and now this is my fourth year in.

How much pressure was there for you, stepping into such an iconic character?

Well, there was huge pressure. There's pressure for anyone doing any role, but I think you hit it when you said it right there, it's a very beloved character. Everyone has their specific idea of who Lois Lane is for them, and you have your overall blueprint, but then you have to try to make it your own. That's the only way to try to stay truthful to what you're doing. In Smallville we had a little bit of extra leeway because we were just trying to play Lois younger, so I was able to make mistakes as Lois would make mistakes, just kind of finding her way in Smallville and finding out who she is. In the past few years we've kind of been introduced to Lois, her quirkiness, and the repartee she has with Clark, which is really fun. Then slowly, as the seasons have gone by, she's starting to find out that she really likes this journalism thing. She's getting to go out and do more and more, which of course I'm enjoying.

You joined a cast that had been together for a few seasons. Was it hard integrating yourself into that cast, especially at the beginning of your run when you were doing episodes here and there?

It was fun. Most people expect that there's going to be all sorts of chaos and such on the set, but this set is really, really cool. Everybody is very down to earth, so I was just able to find my way. I don't ever push it to be something that it's not. You just kind of go in, get to know people, then as things progress it gets better and better. Right from the start all of them were very open, very nice, and welcoming, so it was an easy fit for me.

No matter what you do for the rest of your career, for a lot of people you'll always be Lois Lane. What's your experience been like so far with the intense comic book crowd?

I have had many different types of experiences, ranging from people who absolutely loved what I'm doing, and it's been more so that way as people have really warmed to the idea. The folks that are really specific about where they want to see Lois, exactly how she should be, and she shouldn't even be in Smallville at this point in time, and very upset about the whole timeline. You just have to take it all with a grain of salt and be very appreciative that people are so interested in the first place, and that's why your show gets to stay on. People are engaged and they care what happens, so all you can do as an actor is go out there, do your best with what you're given, try to be really honest with it, then throw it out there. You get all types of reactions, and I've been to conventions in Europe and conventions all over the United States, so I've gotten quite a little pattern from many different people. For the most part people are really loving it, and I think that's why Smallville has stayed around, because people really love that Superman story and they're really engaged in it.

Is there anything about working on Smallville that you can tell us that a diehard fan might be surprised to hear?

I don't know if there's surprises, but people are always wanting a little bit of dirt, like do the girls not get along, or is there infighting on set. They'd be quite surprised to know that we actually do get along quite well, and go out for dinner and have those great times. If anybody has ever had a chance to be at a convention where they meet Michael Rosenbaum, they get to realize there's quite a difference between the character that he plays on set and his off camera, which is very very wild and constantly on the move. He likes to play lots of practical jokes and he's a comedian to the nth degree. You see this Lex character who is really uber dramatic, and he's an actor, he does a good job of it of course. But as soon as that camera goes off he's off on some kind of riff and he's telling some joke, so there's a lot of laughs on the set. I think that's what keeps it fresh, and keeps it so it's an enjoyable show to watch too. There isn't that angst that sometimes you get on TV shows.

Do you have a favorite episode that you've filmed for Smallville?

Each year kind of has a little highlight for me. What I love about Lois is that she's always doing something different, so in one I'll really be investigating like crazy, and in the other one I'll be fighting someone. I really like "Arrow" in the sense that I was always having to fight, and they were drowning me, even though I'm scared of that kind of thing. I'm kind of one of those people that likes to try to face up to some of those things that freak me out, and water freaks me out. I also liked...gosh, you do so many that you forget the exact names. The funny thing is that you'll play this on your website and the diehard fans will be like "it was that episode!" It was "Combat" which I quite enjoyed, and that was where I was fighting that girl in the cage, and I had to fight Clark. This year I've had a couple of good ones. I just finished one where I was being emotionally held hostage by one of the bad guys of the week, so I really had to be the reporter. As long as I'm keeping in there and it's busy and intense, I usually like it.

FHM has their top 100 sexiest women in the world every year. In 2005 you were number 63, in 2006 you were number 38, and this year you're number 20. Can you tell us your key to incrementally getting sexier every year?

I don't know what the key is. Maybe it's the idea that I'm doing more and involved in more, so people know me more, and that starts to be part of it. With age comes more beauty because you become more relaxed in yourself. I was laughing with my husband the other day, because one of our friends had come up and said "Now, there's all this talk about you and all your facial surgeries to become sexier and get higher on these lists." I laughed so hard, my husband and I had the greatest laugh about it. I often don't read those things on the internet, because there's too much negativity usually involved in that. But I would have to say these folks don't know me too well to think that I've done rhinoplasty and all those things. Besides the fact that I don't like the idea of being in surgery and going under, I have these freakish ideas that you'd be awake during surgery and it totally freaks me out. But also, ya know, a lot happens in a decade, and these people are on there going she's gotten her entire jaw done, and her nose done, and her eyes done, and liposuction, and I thought "Man, all my hours in the gym." In the gym, on the treadmill, that's where that stuff comes from. This is speaking from a woman's point of view, when you get older, and I'm talking about being 20 to 29, your face completely changes. So, I would like to say to those people that it is natural, and it is hard work, sweat, and having to eat a lot of broccoli.

What kind of projects would you like to do in the future? Are there any actresses whose careers you would like to emulate?

So many, for a lot of different reasons. I think the gals that I really look up to, and there's so many so I don't just want to say one or two, though I will anyways. I really like Ashley Judd, I love Sandra Bullock, I love Angelina Jolie, and I love Cate Blanchett. Anything that she does I just sit back and feel completely inadequate. The thing I love about these women is that they've all had different journeys and different pasts, they don't apologize for it, and they all pick something that they feel will challenge them at the time. Of course I don't have a window to their soul, but they do seem fearless, and they always want to pick something that is really interesting to them and not go along necessarily with what everybody else thinks that they should do. They just do it, and they don't make apologies for it, so I'd love at some point to be able to have some of those opportunities. That takes a lot of time, and it takes a lot of hard work, and these are ladies that have been working hard for a lot of years to be able to choose those scripts. I hope that someday I'm able to grow into even a portion of the types of actresses they are. They're all so independent.

Do you have any projects coming up outside of Smallville that you'd like to talk about?

Right now everything is not quite solidified, so I don't want to go into too much, but I've been looking at a couple of different scripts. When I know a little bit more, then I'll go into it.

Smallville: Latest from Ausiello...

Question: It's been forever since you gave us some scoop about Smallville. Got anything? Please? Pretty please? — Angie
Ausiello: I can confirm that Jane Seymour is returning for the final pre-strike episode (No. 15), which probably won't air until February. It's safe to say she'll appear in a flashback since Lana stabbed her to death in Season 4. I think it's also safe to say said flashback will finally reveal both why her character was such a raging bitch and what connection she has to a certain Smallville villain (cough, Brainiac, cough).

Lost: Michael Emerson on Mobisodes, Season 4 and Blue Ray...

Thanks to Spoilertv for the interview...

Michael Emerson has surprised and captivated everyone with his portrayal of the Notorious Ben Linus on ABC’s Lost. First as his nebulous and sinister alter ego Henry Gale, then as the dapper leader of “The Others.” Despite his extensive stage and screen credits, Emerson’s Ben is probably his most recognizable role, earning him an Emmy Nomination opposite co-start Terry O’Quinn last year. Emerson joined me for a two part interview this week. The second part, oozing with Lost Season 4 secrets, will be published when Lost returns in February.

Hey Michael. First of all, are you still over in Hawaii?

No, we shut down production in thanksgiving time so I’m back in New York City enjoying a sort of enforced long holiday break. We usually break after the first of the year. Despite the ‘dire’ circumstances it is nice to be in New York City this time of year, I have been missing it the last couple of seasons.

Quite different from Hawaii though…

Yes, it is. The weather is so agreeable, and the people of Hawaii are probably the most hospitable people in the world. Still it’s a long ways from home, a long way from loved ones and from the world of the theatre, which is really where my heart is.

Are you looking at doing any theater again in the near future?

No, no. I can’t do any work outside of Lost for the near future. Although it did, at one point, with Lost doing shorter seasons it looked like the summer breaks would be long enough to actually do something on stage. But now, with the strike it’s all up in the air. I’m hoping there’s a chance to do some stage work this coming summer.

The “Lost Missing Pieces” are out now, and they are impressive. They ‘look’ like full out productions. Are they at the same level of production detail?

The only difference is the medium it is shot on. Those are full blown shoots, I mean it is a full crew costume, hair, and wardrobe. I have to say the writing has been really strong, in the mobisodes. The ones I worked on, I thought they were delicious.

Yeah, “King of the Castle” was highly symbolic, with the chess game and the fact that Ben was always one move ahead, apparently, and it reflected into their conversation as well…

Yeah, it’s more than just a feeling of it being an out-take, or a deleted scene, or a lost scene. The shortness of it and the sort of peripherality to the major story line allows them to sort of play around with them, and make them even more metaphorical than the show already is.

I have to ask you, I got the Blu Ray of Lost Season 3 this week. Are you experiencing any of that anxiety that televisions actors report about being seen in 1080p for the first time?

[Laughter] See, I’m so not up on technological things that I don’t even know what this is. But no, I don’t worry about greater or lesser definition. [Laughter]

The Blu Ray really brings out the beauty of the natural locations.

I’ll have to see that. I have like a ten year old television, and that’s what I watch Lost on, when I go into an electronics store and see clips on these big screen hi-def TV’s I’m just in awe. What better show for that technology than Lost? I don’t think there is a show that rivals us in terms of location shooting. It’s one of the un-remarked miracles of this show and that is the amount of location work we do in jungles, at night, with the sun, and the insects.

There is some talk that Lost may be forced to end on Episode 8 for the fourth season, and some questions of how that may effect the audiences sense of frustration with the story.

Well, yeah, that would be a shame. I can see from what we have done already that they are going in some really interesting new directions. I made a mental note to myself that the ending of episode 8 is a pretty great cliff-hanger. If the show had to go away for an extended period of time, it wouldn’t be a bad way to go. It’s a shocking and exciting development in the program.

Ben always seems a step ahead, and all indications are that the new threat coming to the island is a universal one. Could we be seeing Ben taking a heroic turn this season?

That’s what I’ve always expected would be the long arc of this character. It fits in with the way these writers use misdirection and play with our value system of good and evil. So it wouldn’t surprise me at the very least for them to make us question how we evaluate Ben on an ongoing basis. Just when we think he is the Antichrist, then they’re going to do something to make us say “oh, maybe I was wrong.”

- Walt definitely has psychic powers
- Dharma drilled, hit area with large electromagnetic build up. Swan was built over this area to act as a sort of cork.
- Desmond is solely responsible for the plane crash.
- Pushing the button may indeed save the world. There is a reason they didn't use the fail safe key originally and continued pushing the button.

We will find out in future. Since this development there is now a freighter off the island that Penny doesn't know about.
- The island cured Locke of his paralysis but is it permanent?
- Charlie, Nikki, Paulo, Shepard, Mikhail are all DEAD.
- Others use Mittelos Bioscience as a cover when off island. It is not a real company.
- Mittelos is acronym for lost time and we will find out how it relates to the others time off the island in the future.
- The others do not just get in the submarine and travel off the island. The submarine is only a part of the mechanism that allows the others to travel off the island.
- Joked that Marvin Candle, Mark Wickmund, and Edgar Halowax are different people. They are probably same person, but orientation films recorded at different times. In one orientation video he has a fake hand. We will find out more about him and what happened to his hand in the future.
- Island has a very long history. Four toed statue may have something to do with ancient egyptians. Hieroglyphs in countdown timer in Swan a sort of tribute to them.
- Richard Alpert could be 601 years old, but definitely not a day over 602 they joked. Island may effect cells and slow down aging process.
- Dharma brought polar bears to island. Set free when hostiles took over and they bred.

House: Latest from Ausiello...

Question: I'm dying to hear the latest scoop on House!— Jim
Ausiello: Did you hear? Christmas has been extended through January! Due to a strike-related scheduling issue, House's holiday episode won't air until Jan. 29! Crazy, huh? And here's an added scoopbit: Helping to spread some of that belated holiday cheer is none other than West Wing's Janel Moloney. She's guesting in the episode as a patient — a single mom with an atypical relationship with her young daughter.

Grey's Anatomy: Latest from Ausiello...

Question: You mentioned a while back that George's mom was returning to Grey's Anatomy. Did the strike push that back? — Marie
Ausiello: That's what I'm hearing. According to my Seattle Grace mole, Mama O'Malley's return — originally slated for November sweeps — was delayed until Episode 11, aka the show's final pre-strike episode. That probably explains why George had little to do during the just-wrapped two-parter. Why'd they move her out of sweeps? Well, per my spy, when it became clear that eppy 11 might be the final hour of Grey's we get in a long time, the script underwent "massive rewrites" to ramp up the drama and add several cliff-hangers — one of which involves George's old lady. "They're pretty big bombshells," says the source. "Basically, everyone's futures are left up in the air." Well, not everyone's. As I reported in this week's Ausiello Report vodcast, by the end of the episode there will be little doubt which direction the Mer/Derek/Rose triangle is headed in.

Question: Earlier this season, you teased that someone's getting divorced on Grey's Anatomy, and it's not who we'd expect. After reading your Bailey/narration spoiler, it has me thinking that it's her. — Lauren
Ausiello: I can neither confirm nor deny that Bailey will be getting a divorce this season on Grey's Anatomy.

Bones: In February?...

Thanks to SPoilertv and Televisionista for the following...

Although 3 additional episodes of FOX's "Bones" have been filmed, the fans may not be able to see them before the end of February. The network is however expected to continue with repeats as the show moves to a new timeslot in January.

FOX had planned to move "Bones" to its Friday night "death zone" several times, but it appears it may finally happen because of the writers' strike.

The show moves to Friday at 8:00pm on January 4. According to the most recent press release, however, the first all-new episode "The Baby in the Bough" is scheduled for February 22.

Finally, here are stills and spoilers from the "Baby in the Bough" episode: Booth and Brennan investigate the scene where a car was run off the road and the victim's body deliberately burned beyond recognition.

When the team hears muffled whimpering during the site investigation, they find the victim's baby miraculously perched in a tree above the scene of the crash.

The team designates Brennan as the infant's caretaker, but when the baby swallows a key piece of evidence, they question her nurturing skills.

The team soon identifies the victim as a laborer who worked in a tire-recycling factory in a small, impoverished town in Virginia, and Brennan and Booth venture out to investigate who might have wanted her dead.

Their suspicions range from her deadbeat husband to the impecunious habitants of her town. Meanwhile, the team is fascinated by the presence of a baby in the lab and its affinity for Brennan.

Journeyman: Time Up?...

The journey is coming to an end for NBC's freshman series "Journeyman."

NBC had until Tuesday to give a full-season pickup to the time-travel drama starring Kevin McKidd. The network let that option lapse, practically canceling the series, which posted its lowest adults 18-49 rating (1.7 rating/8 share) on Monday without a "Heroes" lead-in. The network already tried out fellow rookie "Life" in "Journeyman"'s Monday 10 p.m. slot last week.

Despite the Hollywood writers strike, "Journeyman" was able to complete its 13-episode order.

The remaining two original segments will air as scheduled, an NBC spokeswoman said.

NBC recently handed out full-season pickups to two of its four rookie scripted series, "Life" and "Chuck."

Since the production of most scripted series has been suspended because of the strike, such orders are considered a vote of confidence to the shows and a potential renewal for next season if the additional episodes can't be produced by the end of this season.

In limbo is the fate of the fourth new NBC series, the once-promising "Bionic Woman," which has been sliding in the ratings since its premiere.
